Would I consider using the Surface Book as my go-to mobile editing machine? Probably not. It was functional, but not ideal.

I have the Surface Book that came out last year that I use for my IT professional job. It’s a really nice machine but like this post I found it not quite so good when trying to edit photos and working in Photoshop. It works but not as fast to work with than my 2012 Retina MacBook Pro. I think it comes down to the dual core processors and 8GB of RAM on my model.
